All products are manufactured after your order is placed. Production and shipping times shown on the website are estimates only and may vary due to demand, holidays, customs, or carrier delays.

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.

 

 

Return & Refund Policy

 

Because all products are made to order, we generally do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

 

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.

 

Orders cannot normally be cancelled once production has begun.
